✧ Taking the jizyah from wine

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَرَّ أَهْلُ الذِّمَّةِ بِالْخَمْرِ أَخَذَ مِنْهَا الْعَاشِرُ الْعُشْرَ، يُقَوِّمُهَا ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ قِيمَتِهَا الْعُشْرَ
Translation
✧ When the people of the dhimma pass with wine, the tax collector takes a tenth of it; he values it and then takes a tenth of its value.
