أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا جِزْيَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ، ذِمَّتُهُمْ ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Translation
✧ No jizyah is upon them; their protection is the protection of the Muslims.
