عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنْ عُتَقَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، مِنَ الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz took the jizyah from the freed slaves of the Muslims, from the Jews and Christians.
