✧ Whoever embraces Islam at the hands of a man, he is his mawla

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، وَمَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوَالِي الرَّجُلَ، فَيُسْلِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ قَالَ: " يَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ، وَيَرِثُهُ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: al-Thawrī and Maʿmar informed us, from Manṣūr, from Ibrāhīm
✧ Regarding a man who allies himself with a man, and then embraces Islam at his hands, he said: "He pays blood money on his behalf and inherits from him."
