✧ Whoever embraces Islam at the hands of a man, he is his mawla

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مِثْلَهُ، وَزَادَ:
وَلَهُ أَنْ يُحَوِّلَ وَلَاءَهُ حَيْثُمَا شَاءَ مَا لَمْ يَعْقِلْ عَنْهُ
Translation
✧ And he has the right to transfer his wala wherever he wishes as long as he has not paid blood money on his behalf.
