✧ Ghusl of the junub

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
إِذَا اغْتَسَلْتُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فَإِنِّي أَبْدَأُ بِفَرْجِي، ثُمَّ أُمَضْمِضُ وَأَسْتَنْشِقُ، ثُمَّ أَغْسِلُ وَجْهِي وَيَدَيَّ، ثُمَّ أُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي، ثُمَّ بِيَدَيَّ، ثُمَّ بِرِجْلِي قَالَ: وَأَغْسِلُ قَدَمَيَّ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ، ثُمَّ أَنْتَعِلُ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ حَسْبِي لَا أَغْسِلُهُمَا بَعْدُ، قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَعِلْ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ وَخَرَجْتَ مِنْهُ حَافِيًا ؟ قَالَ: إِذًا غَسَلْتُهُمَا
Translation
✧ When I perform ghusl from janabah, I begin with my private part, then I rinse my mouth and sniff water into my nose, then I wash my face and hands, then I pour water over my head, then over my hands, then over my legs. He said: And I wash my feet in the bathing place, then I put on my sandals in it. Then that suffices me; I do not wash them after that. I said: What do you think if you do not put on sandals in the bathing place and you leave it barefoot? He said: Then I would wash them.
