9937 9867 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ مِثْلَهُ.

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَعْتَقَ غُلَامًا لَهُ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَمَاتَ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَجْعَلَ مِيرَاثَهُ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abdulaziz manumitted a Christian slave of his, then the slave died, so he ordered me to put his inheritance in the public treasury.
