✧ The people of two religions do not inherit from each other

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ
سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ، وَسُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا لَهُ نَصْرَانِيًّا، فَمَاتَ الْعَبْدُ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا، فَقَالَ: " مِيرَاثُهُ لِأَهْلِ دِينِهِ "
Translation
✧ He heard Ikrimah when he was asked about a man who manumitted a Christian slave of his, then the slave died and left wealth, and he said: "His inheritance belongs to the people of his religion."
