عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى
فِي رَجُلٍ صَالَحَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى بَنِيهِ، صِغَارًا وَكِبَارًا، ثُمَّ خَانَهُ هَؤُلَاءِ فَلَا يُخْتَلَفُ فِيهَا يَقُولُونَ: يُسْتَحَلُّونَ بِمَا خَانَ بِهِ هَؤُلَاءِ، إِنْ يَكُونُوا هُمْ صُولِحُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ
Translation
✧ Regarding a man who made a peace agreement for himself and his sons, young and old, and then these sons betrayed him: there is no disagreement about it; they say they are made lawful [to be fought] by the betrayal of these sons, if they were the ones who made the agreement on their own behalf.
