عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْقُدُّوسِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:
لَا تَشْهَدُوا عَلَى أُمَّتِكُمْ بِشْرِكٍ، وَلَا تُكَفِّرُوهُمْ بِذَنْبٍ، وَالْجِهَادُ لَا يَضُرُّهُ جَوْرُ جَائِرٍ، وَلَا عَدْلُ عَادِلٍ، وَالْجِهَادُ مَاضٍ حَتَّى يُبْعَثَ آخِرُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ، وَالْإِيمَانُ بِالْقَدَرِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ
Translation
✧ Do not testify that your community has committed shirk, and do not declare them disbelievers for a sin. Jihad is not harmed by the tyranny of a tyrant or the justice of a just ruler. Jihad will continue until the last of this community is sent, and [so is] faith in the divine decree, its good and its evil.
