عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ الضُّبَعِيِّ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّا نَغْزُو مَعَ هَؤُلَاءِ الْأُمَرَاءِ، فَإِنَّهُمْ يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى طَلَبِ الدُّنْيَا قَالَ: " فَقَاتِلْ أَنْتَ عَلَى نَصِيبِكَ مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ
Translation
✧ I said to Ibn Abbas: 'We go on expeditions with these commanders, and they fight for worldly gain.' He said: 'Then you fight for your share of the Hereafter.'
