عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ إِنْسَانٌ عَطَاءً: أَيُصَلَّى عَلَى الشَّهِيدِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ " قَالَ: لِمَ وَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ؟ قَالَ: " قَدْ صُلِّيَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
Translation

✧ A person asked Ata: "Is prayer performed over the martyr?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Why, when he is in Paradise?" He said: "Prayer was performed over the Prophet ﷺ."
