✧ The funeral prayer for the martyr and washing him

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ عَلَى حَمْزَةَ سَبْعِينَ صَلَاةً، كُلَّمَا صَلَّى فَأُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ، وَحَمْزَةُ مَوْضُوعٌ يُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ مَعَهُ
Translation
✧ On the day of Uhud, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed over Hamza seventy prayers. Each time he prayed and a man was brought, he prayed over him, with Hamza placed there and prayed over along with him.
