عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَنَسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ:
أَنَّ حَرَامَ بْنَ مِلْحَانَ وَهُوَ خَالُ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ لَمَّا طُعِنَ يَوْمَ بِئْرِ مَعُونَةَ أَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ مِنْ دَمِهِ، فَنَضَحَهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ وَرَأْسِهِ، قَالَ: " فُزْتُ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ، فُزْتُ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ
Translation
✧ Ḥarām b. Milḥān, the maternal uncle of Anas b. Mālik, when he was stabbed on the day of Biʾr Maʿūnah, took some of his blood in his hand and sprinkled it on his face and head. He said: "I have triumphed, by the Lord of the Kaaba, I have triumphed, by the Lord of the Kaaba."
