عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
كَانَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُنْزِلَ، فَذَكَرَ أَنَّ أَبَا مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيَّ أَتَى عَائِشَةَ، فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ شَقَّ عَلَيَّ اخْتِلَافُ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي أَمْرٍ، إِنِّي لَأُعْظِمُكِ أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَكِ بِهِ، فَقَالَتْ: مَا هُوَ مِرَارًا، فَقَالَ: الرَّجُلُ يُصِيبُ أَهْلَهُ وَلَمْ يُنْزِلْ، قَالَ: فَقَالَتْ لِي: إِذَا جَاوَزَ الْخِتَانُ الْخِتَانَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ قَالَ: أَبُو مُوسَى: لَا أَسْأَلُ عَنْ هَذَا بَعْدَكِ أَبَدًا
Translation
✧ The Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to differ concerning a man who has intercourse with his wife and then withdraws from her before ejaculating. He mentioned that Abu Musa al-Ash'ari came to 'A'ishah and said, "The disagreement of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a matter has become difficult for me. I hold you in too great esteem to face you with it." She said, "What is it?" several times. He said, "A man has intercourse with his wife but does not ejaculate." He said, "She said to me, 'When the circumcised part passes the circumcised part, ghusl becomes obligatory.'" Abu Musa said, "I will never ask about this after you, ever."
