✧ Misappropriation of booty

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ قَالَ:
أَرْبَعٌ فِي أَرْبَعٍ لَا يُقْبَلْنَ فِي حَجٍّ، وَلَا عُمْرَةٍ، وَلَا جِهَادٍ، وَلَا صَدَقَةٍ: الْخِبَانُ، وَالسَّرِقَةُ، وَالْغُلُولُ، وَمَالُ الْيَتِيمِ
Translation
✧ Four things in four contexts are not accepted: in Hajj, in Umrah, in jihad, and in charity: fraud, theft, misappropriation, and the property of an orphan.
