عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمْ يَكُنْ يُخَمِّسُ السَّلَبَ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ did not take a fifth of the spoils taken from an enemy killed in single combat.
