عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ:
لَا يُقْتَلُ الْأُسَارَى إِلَّا فِي الْحَرْبِ، نُهِيبُ بِهِمْ
Translation
✧ Captives are not killed except in war; we incite with them.
