✧ Cutting down trees in enemy territory

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: قَدْ قَالَ:
﴿مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ لِينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً ﴾وَقَالَهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ
Translation
✧ 'What you cut down of palm trees or left standing on their roots.' And 'Amr b. Dinar said it.
