عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ، عَنِ الْمُسْلِمِ يَسْبِيهِ الْعَدُوُّ فَيَقْتُلُ هُنَالِكَ مُسْلِمًا، ثُمَّ يَسْبِيهِ الْمُسْلِمُونَ بَعْدُ، أَوْ يَزْنِي هُنَالِكَ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا أَرَى عَلَيْهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فِيمَا أَحْدَثَ هُنَالِكَ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ 'Ata' was asked about a Muslim whom the enemy captures and who then kills a Muslim there, or commits adultery there, and afterward the Muslims capture him. He said: 'I do not think he is liable for anything he committed there.'
