عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ يَسْبِيهِمُ الْعَدُوُّ، ثُمَّ يُصِيبُهُمُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ قَالَ: " لَا يُسْتَرَقُّوا
Translation
✧ Ibrahim was asked about the people of the covenant whom the enemy takes captive and then the Muslims capture them. He said: 'They are not to be enslaved.'
