✧ Share of a man who dies after reaching enemy territory

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عُثْمَانَ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: يُعْمَلُ بِهِ فِينَا وَيَرْفَعُونَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ بَعْدَمَا يَدْخُلُ أَرْضَ الْعَدُوِّ، وَيَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَرْضِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَأَرْضِ الصُّلْحِ فَإِنَّ سَهْمَهُ لِأَهْلِهِ
Translation
✧ If a man dies after entering enemy territory, and after leaving the territory of the Muslims and the territory of the peace treaty, his share goes to his family.
