عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عُثْمَانَ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: يُعْمَلُ بِهِ فِينَا وَيَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى " النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ
إِذَا وُلِدَ لِلرَّجُلِ وَلَدٌ بَعْدَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَرْضِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَأَرْضِ الصُّلْحِ، فَإِنَّ لِذَلِكَ الْمَوْلُودِ سَهْمًا " قَالَ: وَسَمَّوُا الرَّجُلَ الَّذِي قَضَى بِهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِوَلَدِهِ
Translation
✧ If a man's child is born after he leaves the land of the Muslims and the land of treaty, then that newborn has a share. He said: And they named the man for whom the Prophet ﷺ ruled in favor of his child.
