عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ:
أَنَّ أَنَسًا كَانَ مَعَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ فِي غَزْوَةٍ غَزَاهَا فَأَصَابُوا سَبْيًا، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهُ مِنَ السَّبْيِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقَسَّمَ، فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ: " لَا، وَلَكِنِ اقْسِمْ وَأَعْطِنِي مِنَ الْخُمُسِ "، فَقَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ: " لَا، إِلَّا مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْغَنَائِمِ "، فَأَبَى أَنَسٌ أَنْ يَقْبَلَ مِنْهُ، وَأَبَى عُبَيْدُ اللهِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهُ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ شَيْئًا
Translation
✧ That Anas was with Ubayd Allah b. Abi Bakra in an expedition he undertook, and they captured captives. He wanted to give him some of the captives before they were divided. Anas said: No, but divide and give me from the fifth. Ubayd Allah said: No, except from all the spoils. Anas refused to accept from him, and Ubayd Allah refused to give him anything from the fifth.
