عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ:

لَا يَهَبُ الْأَمِيرُ مِنَ الْغَنَائِمِ شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ صَاحِبِهِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْعَلَ لِدَلِيلٍ أَوْ رَاعٍ

Translation

✧ The commander may not give away any of the spoils without the owner's permission, except what he allocates to a guide or a shepherd.
