9285 9191 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بِخُطْبَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ هَذِهِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَوْ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ يَذْكُرُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. متن مخفيأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَامَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فَهِيَ حَرَامٌ بِحَرَامِ اللهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي وَلَا لِأَحَدٍ بَعْدِي وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا سَاعَةً مِنَ الدَّهْرِ فَهِيَ حَرَامٌ بِحَرَامِ اللهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهَا وَلَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهَا وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا وَلَا تَحِلُّ لُقَطَتُهَا إِلَّا لِمُنْشِدٍ فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّهُ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ لِلْقَيْنِ وَلِلْبُيُوتِ فَسَكَتَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ فَهُوَ حَلَالٌ
Translation
✧ Abd al-Karim informed me of this sermon of the Messenger of God ﷺ from Mujahid, or he said: I heard Ikrima mention from Ibn Abbas. [Hidden matn:] The Prophet ﷺ stood on the day of the conquest and said: “God made Makkah sacred on the day He created the heavens and the earth. It is sacred by God’s sanctity until the Day of Resurrection. It was not lawful for anyone before me, nor for anyone after me. It was never lawful for anyone except for an hour of time, and it is sacred by God’s sanctity until the Day of Resurrection. Its game must not be startled, its thornbushes must not be cut, its fresh herbage must not be cut, and its lost property is not lawful except for one who announces it.” Al-Abbas b. Abd al-Muttalib said: “Except for idhkhir, O Messenger of God, for it is indispensable; it is for the blacksmith and for the houses.” The Prophet ﷺ fell silent, then said: “Except for idhkhir, for it is lawful.”
