عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
بَيْنَا عُمَرُ فِي نَعَمٍ مِنْ نَعَمِ الصَّدَقَةِ مَرَّ بِهِ رَجُلَانِ، فَقَالَ: مِنْ أَيْنَ جِئْتُمَا ؟ " قَالَا: مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، فَعَلَاهُمَا ضَرْبًا بِالدِّرَّةِ وَقَالَ: " حَجٌّ كَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ ؟ قَالَا: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، إِنَّا جِئْنَا مِنْ أَرْضِ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَمَرَرْنَا بِهِ، فَصَلَّيْنَا فِيهِ، فَقَالَ: " كَذَلِكَ إِذًا فَتَرَكَهُمَا
Translation
✧ While Umar was among some charity camels, two men passed by him. He said: "From where have you come?" They said: "From Jerusalem." He struck them with the whip and said: "A Hajj like the Hajj of the House?" They said: "O Commander of the Faithful, we came from such-and-such a land and passed by it, and we prayed in it." He said: "If that is so," and left them.
