Translation
✧ That Abū Dharr had intercourse with his wife and had no water with him, so he wiped his face and hands. Then something troubled him, so he went to the Prophet ﷺ, a distance of three nights’ travel. He found that the people had already prayed the dawn prayer, and he asked about the Prophet ﷺ. It turned out that he had gone out to relieve himself, so he followed him. The Prophet ﷺ turned and saw him, so he stretched his hands to the ground and placed them—he said, “I think he said: then he shook them”—then he wiped his face and hands with them, and then told him how he had wiped.
