✧ Spitting in the Hijr

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
إِنْ تَنَخَّمَ رَجُلٌ فِي الْحِجْرِ فَلَا بَأْسَ إِذَا غَيَّبَهُ.
Translation
✧ If a man expectorates in the Ḥijr, there is no harm as long as he buries it.
