✧ The Construction of the Ka'bah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
كَانَتِ الْغَنَمُ تَقْتَحِمُ فَوْقَ ظَهْرِ الْبَيْتِ مِنَ الْحِجْرِ مِنْ قِصَرِهِ حَتَّى بَنَاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ " قَالَ: " وَبَنَيَاهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ إِلَيْهِ السَّوْمُ بِخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً ".
Translation
✧ The sheep used to leap over the top of the House from the Hijr because of its low height, until Abraham and Ishmael built it." He said: "And they built it fifteen years before the flood came out to him."
