عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ عَطَاءٌ لَا يَرَى بِقَرْنِ الطَّوَافِ بَأْسًا، وَيُفْتِي بِهِ وَيَذْكُرُ " أَنَّ طَاوُسًا، وَالْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ كَانَا يَفْعَلَانِهِ " قَالَ: وَسَأَلَ إِنْسَانٌ عَطَاءً، عَنْ طَوَافِ الْأَسْبُعِ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُنَّ رُكُوعٌ حَتَّى يَرْكَعَ عَلَيْهِنَّ رُكُوعَهُنَّ بَعْدَمَا يَفْرَغُ مِنْهُنَ قَالَ: " بَلَغَنِي ذَلِكَ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، وَعَنْ طَاوُسٍ وَمَا أَظُنُّ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا شَيْئًا بَلَغَهُمَا " قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: مَا بَلَغَكَ ذَلِكَ عَنْ غَيْرِهِمَا ؟ قَالَ: قَالَ: " وَمَا لِي لَوْ فَعَلْتُهُ ؟ قَالَ: مَا أَظُنُّ بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا لَوْ فَعَلْتَهُ
Translation
✧ Ata' saw no harm in joining tawaf circuits, and he gave fatwa for it. He mentioned that Tawus and al-Miswar b. Makhramah used to do it. He said: A man asked Ata' about performing seven circuits without any prayer between them until he prays the rak'ahs for all of them after finishing them. He said: "I heard of that from al-Miswar b. Makhramah and from Tawus, and I think that is only something that reached them." I said to Ata': "Did you hear of that from anyone other than the two of them?" He said: "And why should I not do it?" He said: "I see no harm in it if you do it."
