Translation
✧ That the Prophet ﷺ said to Banu 'Abd al-Muttalib: "O Banu 'Abd Manaf, if you have any authority, let me not find any of you preventing anyone from performing tawaf around the House or praying near it at any hour of the night or day." He (the narrator) said: "Then 'Abd al-Malik came as a pilgrim and prohibited tawaf after dawn for a day or two, then later permitted it at that time. We were told that this hadith reached him."
