✧ Kissing the Hand When Touching

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى ابْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ، أَوْ فُلَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ " يَسْتَلِمُ الرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَ، ثُمَّ يُقَبِّلُ يَدَهُ، ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ بِهَا وَجْهَهُ
Translation
✧ I saw 'Umar b. 'Abd al-'Aziz touch the Yemeni corner, then kiss his hand, then wipe his face with it.
