عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
بَيْنَا أَنَا قَاعِدٌ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِذْ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ طِيبًا وَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " فَإِنِّي أَحْكُمُ عَلَيْكَ أَنَا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ شَاةً " ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ آخَرُ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي قَضَيْتُ نُسُكِي إِلَّا الطَّوَافَ، فَقَالَ: " طُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ ثُمَّ ارْجِعْ إِلَيَّ " قَالَ: فَرَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ: قَدْ طُفْتُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " انْطَلِقْ فَاسْتَأْنِفْ بِالْعَمَلِ
Translation
✧ While I was sitting with Ibn Abbas, a man came to him and said: I applied perfume while I was in ihram. Ibn Abbas said: 'Then I and Abu Bakr judge that you owe a sheep.' Then another man came and said: I have completed my rituals except the tawaf. He said: 'Perform tawaf around the House, then come back to me.' He said: So he returned to him and said: I have performed tawaf. Ibn Abbas said to him: 'Go and start the actions anew.'
