Translation

✧ A man passed by Abu Dharr while he was at al-Rabadha and asked him, "Where do you intend to go?" He said, "Hajj." He said, "Did nothing else move you?" He said, "No." He said, "Then begin your deeds anew." The man said: I departed until I reached Madinah and stayed as long as Allah willed. Suddenly the people were crowding around a man, so I pushed through, and there was the old man I had met at al-Rabadha, meaning Abu Dharr. When he saw me, he said, "He is the one about whom I told you."
