✧ What Is Disliked of the Sheep

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ فِطْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي يَعْلَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ " عَنِ الطِّحَالِ، وَالْجِرِّيِّ ؟ فَتَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: ﴿قُلْ لا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا ﴾.
Translation
✧ I asked him about the spleen and the eel-like fish (al-jirrī), so he recited this verse: {Say: I do not find in what has been revealed to me anything forbidden}.
