عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَوْ عَدَا فَحْلٌ عَلَى رَجُلٍ فَقَتَلَهُ، قَالَ: يَقُولُونَ: يَضْمَنُهُ، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: " وَلَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ
Translation

✧ If a stallion attacks a man and kills him, he said: They say he is liable for it. 'Ata' said: 'And its meat is not to be eaten.'
