عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ:
ذُكِرَ التَّقْرِيدُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَكَرِهْتُهُ، فَلَمَّا كُنَّا بِبَعْضِ الطَّرِيقِ أَمَرَنِي فَنَحَرْتُ جَزُورًا، فَقَالَ: " لَا أُمَّ لَكَ كَمْ تَرَى فِيهَا مِنْ قُرَادَةٍ، وَحَلَمَةٍ، وَحَمْنَانَةٍ
Translation
✧ Tick-removal was mentioned in the presence of Ibn ʿAbbās, and I disliked it. When we were on part of the road, he ordered me, so I slaughtered a she-camel. Then he said: “May you have no mother! How many do you think are in it of ticks, camel-ticks, and ḥamnānah?”
