عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ قُرَادًا أَوْ حُطْبَانًا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ؟ قَالَ: " يَتَصَدَّقُ بِتَمْرَةٍ أَوْ تَمْرَتَيْنِ
Translation
✧ Saʿīd b. al-Musayyib was asked about a man who killed a tick or a louse while he was in iḥrām. He said: “He should give in charity a date or two dates.”
