قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ:
وَسَأَلْتُ الثَّوْرِيَّ عَنِ الْمُحْرِمِ يَذْبَحُ صَيْدًا هَلْ يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ لِغَيْرِهِ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي لَيْثٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ لِأَحَدٍ " قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهِ " قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ: وَقَوْلُ الْحَكَمِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq said:
✧ And I asked al-Thawri about a muhrim who slaughters game: is it permissible for someone else to eat it? He said: Layth informed me from Ata that he said: "It is not permissible for anyone to eat it." Al-Thawri said: And Ash'ath informed me from al-Hakam b. Utayba that he said: "There is no harm in eating it." Al-Thawri said: And the saying of al-Hakam is more beloved to me.
