✧ A non-muhrim helping a muhrim hunt

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَشَارَ إِلَى صَيْدٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، أَوْ هُوَ فِي الْحَرَمِ فَأَصَابَهُ آخَرُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " عَلَيْهِمَا كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
Translation
✧ Al-Thawri was asked about a man who pointed to game while in ihram or in the Haram, and another person caught it. He said: Ibn Jurayj and Ibn Abi Layla informed me, from Ata, that he said: "Both of them owe a single expiation."
