عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ وَالثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ كَعْبٌ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ لَحْمِ صَيْدٍ أُتِيَ بِهِ، قَالَ: حَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ -قَالَ: حِمَارُ وَحْشٍ - أَصَابَهُ رَجُلٌ حَلَالٌ، وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ قَالَ: فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: " لَوْ تَرَكْتَهُ لَرَأَيْتُ أَنَّكَ لَا تَفْقَهُ شَيْئًا
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar and al-Thawrī, from Manṣūr, from Ibrāhīm, from al-Aswad, who said:
✧ Ka'b asked Umar b. al-Khattab about game meat that was brought to him. He said: I think he said it was wild donkey meat obtained by a man who was not in ihram, while they were in ihram. He said: So we ate from it. Umar said, "If you had left it, I would have thought you do not understand anything."
