✧ The muhrim being forced to eat carrion or game

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ الثَّوْرِيُّ، وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنِ الْمُحْرِمِ يُضْطَرُّ فَيَجِدُ الْمَيْتَةَ، وَلَحْمَ الْخِنْزِيرِ، وَلَحْمَ الصَّيْدِ أَيُّهُ يَأْكُلُ ؟ فَقَالَ: " يَأْكُلُ الْخِنْزِيرَ، وَالْمَيْتَةَ
Translation
✧ Al-Thawri was asked, while I listened, about a muhrim who is forced and finds carrion, pork, and game meat—which does he eat? He said: 'He eats the pork and the carrion.'
