✧ The muhrim being forced to eat carrion or game

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُثَنَّى، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اضْطُرَّ الْمُحْرِمُ إِلَى الصَّيْدِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَصْطَادُ وَلَا جَزَاءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِذَا وَجَدَ الْمَيْتَةَ، فَإِنَّهُ يَبْدَأُ بِالْمَيْتَةِ، وَيَدَعُ الصَّيْدَ
Translation
✧ If a muhrim is forced to eat game, he may hunt it and no compensation is due from him; but if he finds carrion, he should begin with the carrion and leave the game.
