عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَنْ فِدَاءِ الصَّيْدِ ؟ قَالَ: الْحُكُومَةُ يَحْكُمُ عَلَيْهِ حِينَئِذٍ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ، إِنَّكَ إِنْ نَظَرْتَ فِيمَا قَدْ حُكِمَ فِيهِ، كَسَرَ ذَلِكَ الْغَلَاءُ، وَالرُّخْصُ، وَلَكِنْ يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ حِينَ يُصِيبُهُ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from al-Zuhrī, who said:
✧ I asked about the ransom for game. He said: The assessment: two just men assess it at that time. If you look at what has been ruled, high prices and low prices break it, but it is assessed against him when he kills it.
