✧ The ostrich that the muhrim kills

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، وَعَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، وَعُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ، وَزَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ، قَالُوا: فِي النَّعَامَةِ قَتَلَهَا الْمُحْرِمُ بَدَنَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ
Translation
✧ That 'Umar b. al-Khattab, 'Ali b. Abi Talib, 'Uthman b. 'Affan, and Zayd b. Thabit said: For an ostrich killed by a muhrim, a camel from the camels.
