عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْعَمْدِ، وَهُوَ فِي الْخَطَأِ سُنَّةٌ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: " وَهُوَ قَوْلُ النَّاسِ، وَبِهِ نَأْخُذُ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq said: Maʿmar informed us, from al-Zuhrī, who said:
✧ Judgment is passed against him in intentional cases, and in accidental cases it is the Sunnah. Abu Bakr said: “And that is the saying of the people, and we adopt it.”
