عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، وَالثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ لِلرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَصَابَ صَيْدًا فِي الْحَرَمِ مُتَعَمِّدًا: هَلْ أَصَبْتَ قَبْلَ هَذَا ؟ فَإِنْ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، لَمْ يُحْكَمْ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالُوا: اسْتَغْفِرِ اللهَ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: لَا، حَكَمُوا عَلَيْهِ
Translation
✧ They used to say to a man if he took game in the Haram deliberately: “Have you taken any before this?” If he said: “Yes,” no judgment was passed against him, and they said: “Seek God’s forgiveness.” If he said: “No,” they passed judgment against him.
