عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْخَطَأِ وَالْعَمْدِ
Translation
✧ Judgment is passed against him in accidental and intentional cases.
