Translation

✧ A judgment is passed against him once in the case of intentional killing. Then he retracted and said: “Judgment is passed against him in intentional, accidental, and forgetful cases, and every time he takes game.” 'Ata' said: “God has pardoned what is past.” He said: “In the pre-Islamic era. And whoever takes it in Islam, God will not leave him until He exacts retribution from him, and along with that is the expiation.”
